Taking part in and completing a triathlon is an experience that will stay with you forever. This training plan focuses on each discipline (running, swimming and cycling) and is designed to make sure you’re confident and comfortable in all three when you line up at the start on race day.
Follow our olympic triathlon training plan and we’ll show you how to incorporate training around your everyday life to make sure you’re ready for race day. The plan will mix in gym sessions, sprints and longer sessions to ensure that you’re ready and prepared for the day.

If you've already secured your own place, you can use it to join Team Cancer Research UK and fundraise for our vital work. Make sure you've officially signed up with the event organiser and have paid the entry fee, then there’s no extra cost to join our team.
