Set around Alderford Lake (formerly Dearnford Lake) in Shropshire, this fresh water, flat, fast and safe course cannot be beaten. There are 4 options to choose from so whatever your distance there is no excuse not to get involved.

Choose from one of the following distances, get your sponsorship pack and help us bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. Don't fancy competing on your own then why not try the Relay, a team of 3 is all you need, a swimmer, a cyclist and a runner! 

Ultimate Triathlon & Relay:  2.4 mile – swim - 112 mile cycle - 26.2 mile run

Ultimate 1/2 & Relay: 1.2 mile swim - 56 mile cycle - 13.1 mile run

Ultimate 1/4 & Relay: 0.6 mile swim - 28 mile cycle - 6.5 mile run
