The Centre for Drug Development (CDD) is responsible for taking new drugs – often first in human – into early phase clinical trials. We’re looking for 6 people to join a new panel and support the CDD’s work. By working with us, you could help develop tomorrow’s cancer treatments and help us make sure everything we do is patient centred.
We’re looking for people with
- direct experience of cancer diagnosis/treatment (now or in the past) AND/OR
- indirect experience as family members, carers or loved ones.
The role is for 18 months. If you’re passionate about developing new treatments for cancer, improving clinical trials and patients’ experience, and supporting the work we are doing, we want to hear from you!
Please note:
- Experience of taking part in a clinical trial or supporting someone during a trial is desirable but not essential. You will be given an introduction to clinical trials.
- We particularly welcome applications from people from diverse backgrounds, and from marginalised groups or unrepresented communities.
